Do you offer international shipping?

Yes dotvape.store currently ships to all countries (apart from Turkey). In some cases we need to contact to our DPD consultant to establish price of shipping to Your country.

When will my order ship?

Most orders placed from dotvape.store will ship out in 24 hours. Sometimes we may experience higher than normal processing times. We’re always working hard to catch up on orders, if that situation occurs you will be message about delay.

What delivery option do you offer?

We offer international shipping via DPD. Shipping cost is calculated by system, and it’s demendend of final weight of package. We calculate final shipping based on final weight 0-10 kg, 0-31 kg, 2 x 31 kg,… etc.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We are using DPD for domestic and international shipping. Most of the time package will be delivered up to 7 days in europe and up to 10 days for outside of EU. Average time is around 2-7 days.

Once an order has shipped we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped.

Where i can track my order?

You will recive your tracking number and invoice via e-mail. You can check status of your package on https://www.dpd.com/tracking

Are your products authentic?

We are manufacturer of all products sold in our store.

Order Cancellation and Alteration Policy

You may cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, as it could have already been processed and/or shipped. Currently, you cannot make other alterations to the order after it is placed. If you need to make any changes to your order, you will need to cancel and place the order again.

Do you have a physical location where we can pick up orders ourselves?

Yes it’s possible at our office adress. Narutowicza 30 lok.2 , 20-016 Lublin, POLAND.

Can you customize any of the juices that you sell?

As manufacturer we have this option is avaliable for wholesale customers only. We can adjust product to regulations in force. We are flexible in this matters.
